Orders and shipments
How can I make my order?
To make an order you must follow the following steps:
• Search and select the product you want to buy and press the “Add to the basket” button, automatically that product will be added in the virtual purchase basket and you can continue adding products or directly proceed to payment.
• Once the selection of products and your basket is complete, you must access it and press the “Finish purchase” button. Next, you will be directed to a new screen in which you must confirm the shipping address. Once verified, you must press the "Continue" button again.
• Finally, the payment screen will open. You will have to choose the desired payment method and finally press the “Finish purchase” button.
How long will my order take?
• If the purchased product is in the online store, there is stock, therefore, within a period of 2-3 days in Spain and 2-5 days in European Union (unless last-minute unforeseen), you will receive the merchandise.
• Articles are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• No deliveries, Sundays and/or holidays are made. All shipments are made by GLS.
How can I monitor my orders?
From the moment you make your purchase you can consult the status of your order in the “My Orders” section.
When your order is issued and leave our stores, we will send you an informative email with a monitoring number of the transport company so that you can also verify with them at all times the state of it.
How much do shipping costs cost?
In Peninsula and Balearic Islands
In orders exceeding € 30.00 Shipping costs are free. If the purchase amount is less than € 30.00, shipping costs are in charge of the buyer and will be € 2.95.
In shipments outside Spain/Portugal
- Orders below € 49, shipping cost € 4.95.
If the amount of the order is greater than the one, the shipping costs will be free.
How can I cancel my order?
Once you have made your purchase, you can cancel your order (s) contacting our customer service (info@abbacino.es) at any time before sending and you will receive the full fertilizer. However, if your order has already been sent (that is, you have already left the warehouse) you will have to wait until its delivery to be able to proceed to return the product.
My order is not correct, what can I do?
• I have received a product in poor condition
If you have received a product in poor condition or defective, first of all we apologize. You can manage the return or change of the order from the section "My account", entering the order you want to return. You have a maximum period of 30 calendar days since you receive the package. Once the order is received in our facilities, we will proceed to pay the amount.
• I have received a wrong product
If you have received a wrong product in your order we regret the error. You can manage the return or change of the order from the "Account" section, entering the order you want to return. You have a maximum period of 30 calendar days since you receive the package. Once the order is received in our facilities, we will proceed to pay the amount.
• Missing products in my order
If when your order arrives, any product is missing, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department within a maximum period of 30 calendar days since you receive the package through the e-mail: info@abbacino.es. Our colleagues will contact you and manage the delivery or reimbursement of the missing product.
Payment and promotions
What different payment methods do we have?
On our website we have the following payment methods:
• Credit card: You can pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express).
• PayPal: You can pay quickly and safely through your PayPal account. It will be enough to associate your cards to your PayPal account, to log in with your email and password, and choose the card with which you want to make the payment.
• Bizum: You can pay quickly and effectively through Bizum. When clicking on this option you will be redirected to the official page of the platform and you must follow the instructions indicated, never pay had been so fast!
How are discount codes used?
The discount codes are redeemed on the confirmation page of your order. To apply the promotional code you must follow these steps:
• When you have finished adding all the products to the purchase basket, access it by pressing the “Buy” button. You will enter a new screen that you can see a summary of your order. In the lower part the “Apply coupon” option appears, click on it and enter the code into the text box:
• Remember that discount coupons cannot be applied on products already reduced or in promotion.
• Some discount coupons have an expiration date.
• Discount coupons can only be used once
Is it safe to make an online payment?
Online payments on our platform are totally safe.
Abbacino works with internationally recognized suppliers who meet and guarantee all security standards and PCI-DSS. We currently facilitate two means of payment:
PayPal, the most internationally recognized option
PayPal use SSL technology to protect your information. In addition, when you send a payment through PayPal, the recipient does not receive your financial data such as the credit card or bank account number. Additionally, PayPal monitors all transactions 24 hours a day and every day in order to prevent fraud, scam by email and identity impersonations.
Credit card, through Redsys, our virtual TPV
Redsys has become synonymous with safe payment. Its safety and encryption systems and protocols guarantee data encryption. They avoid impersonation of identity and guarantee safe payment. For both the user and the e-commerce, who also will not have access to the payment data provided by the user. In addition, it has a powerful anti -brain tool and with 3D Secure authentication.
Returns and refunds
How can I make a return?
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of reception to return or change said article. Before carrying out the return process we must ensure that the product to be returned meets the following requirements:
• The product should not be used.
• The product must be returned in the same state in which it was sent and when possible in its original packaging.
• You can request the return from the "Account" section entering the order you want to return. In a maximum of 4 days we will collect the product, So simple and also free!
** The return expenses will be in charge of the seller, as long as the instructions detailed above are followed, except for international returns whose order does not exceed 49 euros, whose return expense will be supported by the client. Remember that it has a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request the return.
Can all products be returned?
Those of products of our catalog may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product as long as they have not been used. To return, you must contact our customer service at the e-mail info@abbacino.es (lu a vi from 09:00 to 15: 00h).
When will I receive the payment of my return?
If you have returned your purchase, we will proceed to the collection and subsequent verification of the merchandise and the reasons that you have indicated when we receive the return request. Once it has been verified, we will manage the fertilizer within an approximate period of 7-10 business days, counted from Monday to Friday, from reception in our warehouse.
Other doubts
How can I register as a user?
To register as a user, you must fill out the registration form with your personal data (name, surname, e-mail, full address and telephone) and associate a password to your account, in this way we can contact you with you before any setback that may suffer your order or to inform you of promotions and special discounts of our catalog. It will be enough for you to register as a user once, then you can use your credentials for the realization of all your orders.
I can't enter the web, what is happening?
If you have problems accessing our website we recommend following these steps:
1. Eliminate cookies.

How can I change my password?
If you have forgotten your password to logo, it will be enough to follow the following steps to be able to reestablish it:
• In the registration section, under the table to introduce your password, you should press “Did you forget your password?”

Product guarantee.
Our bags and wallets have a 2 -year guarantee from the moment of purchase. It will always be essential, present the ticket or purchase voucher to be able to verify the purchase deadlines and thus apply said guarantee.
