1: SHIPMENTS: DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING COSTS.

The purchased products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, within approximately 2 to 3 working days for shipments in Spain (except the Canary Islands) and Portugal, and 5 to 7 working days for shipments to the rest of the European Union for products in stock. In the event of not having stock, the Company and/or Entity will duly inform the Customer of this fact as soon as possible. The Company/Entity will not be responsible for delays that occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure.

Shipping costs are included in the final price when making the purchase and/or contracting.

Shipping to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

Standard Shipping (GLS)

- For shipments under €30 in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal, shipping costs will be €3.

- For shipments over €30 to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal, shipping costs will be free.

Delivery to Parcelshop (GLS)

- For shipments under €30 in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal, shipping costs will be €3.

- For shipments over €30 to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal, shipping costs will be free.

Shipments outside Spain:

- Zone A: orders under €60, shipping cost €10 excluding VAT. (Germany, France and Monaco).

- Zone B: orders under €60, shipping cost €10 excluding VAT. (Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands).

- Zone C: orders under €60, shipping cost €15 excluding VAT. (Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic).

- Zone D: orders under €100, shipping cost €30 excluding VAT. (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden).

If the order amount is greater than that indicated, shipping costs will be free.

2. RETURNS

The company and/or entity guarantees the Client the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and at no cost. The Client will have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods or from the formalisation of the purchase if it is a service to terminate the contract. The Client will notify the Company/Entity within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where applicable, the invoice issued by the Company/Entity. The Customer may return any item purchased from the Company/Entity provided that the products retain their original seal or packaging and any manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included, if applicable; otherwise, the goods will be depreciated. The Customer will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

If a product other than the one requested by the client is delivered by mistake by the Company/Entity, the correct product will be delivered, collecting the first one, without any additional charge for the Client.

If a product has arrived to the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, the Company/Entity will be responsible for collecting it from the customer's home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges. To request a return, you can use the following methods:

The Customer can return the product in our physical store (Petra, Mallorca).

The costs of handling international returns whose amount is less than €60.00 will be borne by the customer.
